Each partner site, alongside its membership involvement, is committed to delivering high standards of quality as recognized by the Tourism Ministry and its Qualité Tourisme™ program.

The aim of this initiative is to offer you:

• prior to your visit, clear and precise information,
• upon arrival at the site, a warm and friendly welcome, with services adapted to everyone,
• and during your visit, both a competent staff prepared to listen and answer questions and reliable tour documentation.

Each site also implements the necessary measures to ensure your comfort and safety, and for ongoing improvement purposes, is at your disposal to answer any questions you may have. Yearly control audits help to maintain the level of quality, and for those sites interested, provide the opportunity to obtain the national Qualité Tourisme™ label.
